1. Our principle

Luné is designed to collect no personal data. We have no server, no user account, and no access to your information.

2. Where your data lives

All your data (profiles, logs, photos) is stored locally on your device and privately synced via your iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit). It is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. We never have access to it.

3. Photos

Photos you add stay in your private iCloud space, just like the rest of your data. They are never transmitted to any third party.

4. No tracking

Luné uses no analytics tools, no advertising trackers, and no tracking SDKs. No personal data is sent for advertising or tracking purposes.

5. Sharing with a second parent

If you invite a second parent, sharing is handled through Apple's iCloud sharing feature (CKShare). You can revoke that access at any time.

6. Purchases

Luné+ purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) and managed via RevenueCat for validation and restoration. Only a purchase history linked to an anonymous identifier is involved: it is used solely to operate the app (managing your Luné+ status), is not tied to your identity, and is never used for advertising or tracking purposes. No payment data (credit card, etc.) is processed by Luné.

7. Your rights & deletion

You remain the owner of your data. From Settings → "Delete everything", you can permanently erase all your data, both on the device and in your iCloud.
